Motivated by each other’s marketing nerdiness and passion to use business for good, they tuned their marriage into a business partnership to consult for impact organisations across Harvey and The Business Pickle.

Rebecca (Becky) started her career in advertising, creative and media agencies working on global brands. Then she landed her ‘dream’ job at one of Australia’s leading social enterprises, Thankyou. As Senior Marketing Manager leading brand and digital teams, combining her skills with purpose and passion to make the world a better place. That’s where she got a taste for using business for good and the power of collective action leading to the birth of Harvey.

Simon Smallchua

COO & Co-founder, strategy, website development, technology, data analytics

Simon founded his first consultancy at 17 in 2003 he went on to be on the leadership team at Australia’s largest & most awarded Digital Transformation consultancies (Isobar). He built research, data and insights and strategic consultancy practices supporting Australia’s biggest brands and governments transition into the digital age.

Celine Tan

Senior Designer

Celine started her career right at the top - way up north, in the creative city of Copenhagen. After her internship there, she returned to Melbourne to work in boutique brand agencies, before leaping into the freelancing world and running her own business for 5 years! Her experience in design and branding goes well beyond ‘making something look pretty’. She brings to life the purpose, values, and character of a business through outcomes like brand identities, digital and packaging.
