The key focus for Harvey’s next phase of growth is to improve on efficiencies (work even smarter), grow the team (moderate) and deliver on our financial and impact commitments. This includes a refinement of the types of work/services, types / sizes of clients and establishing efficient / streamlined processes and realistic scoping of work.
Updated targets for the next 12 months

- Re-use, recycle and manage dangerous waste
- Advocate for sustainable business
Clients | Help conscious business grow
Slightly adjusted the % of work we do for each level of client by allocating more to our most impactful and highest discounted ‘Amazing’ clients and less to ‘Good’. We’ve also introduced a new goal for client retention. And finally, increased our revenue target with Becky with plans for new hires.
- No destructive clients. Revenue 10% Good, 65% Great, 25% Amazing
- 3/5 value for money. 8/10 likely to recommend.
- $994k revenue (Up $211k on FY2223)
Governance | Operate fairly and squarely as an impact business
Small change to maintain B Corp score (instead of increase)
- Maintain current ownership
- Share templates, documents and insight into business for good
- Maintain B Corp score from 134.1 with workers included
